If required, we also provide finishing work and repairs of parts to any extent, so-called rework.
To support of quality assurance in the long term, we offer to provide coordinator activities on the site of your project, therefore, also providing management of secondary processes.

Resident Activity

Representation by a resident means – covering your project anywhere on the customer’s premises.

We represent the interests of manufacturers quickly and efficiently and manage the smooth running of their projects from start to finish. Residents are selected carefully with regard to product specifications. We pay attention to their technical knowledge, communication skills and flexibility. Regular training is a matter of course.

Logistics Processes

Ensuring the smooth flow of logistics comprises a wide range of activities. Therefore, we offer coordination of individual logistics processes, optimisation of resources and development of concepts for streamlining these processes.

In the case of minor failures, we offer to supplement human resources by outsourcing our experienced staff.

PLC Programming

We offer drafts, solutions and system designs in order to ensure automated production.

During operation, we assure the elimination of software and electronic malfunctions in the managed systems. We also perform analyses and corrections of control programmes, and optimisation.
