RESIDENT ENGINEER SUPPORT

Ensuring full on‑site support for your products directly at the customer’s location. We act on behalf of manufacturers swiftly and effectively, safeguarding their interests and overseeing the seamless execution of projects from start to finish. Our resident engineers are selected with great care, taking into account product and process specifics. We emphasize strong technical expertise, relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of flexibility. Continuous professional training is an integral part of our approach.

VISUAL CONTROL

As part of our commitment to ensuring 100% part quality, we carry out comprehensive visual inspections and sorting activities, including incoming inspection, outgoing inspection, in‑line production checks, warehouse‑level sorting, and sorting at the end customer’s site. When required, we utilize specialized fixtures, gauges, optical instruments, and other dedicated inspection equipment to guarantee maximum accuracy and reliability.

REWORK

Under rework or processing activities, we provide any form of finishing or repair work on parts. This includes, in particular, assembly or disassembly operations, component completion, defect repairs of any type or origin, surface treatments, software corrections or modifications, part testing, or any other related activities.

MEASUREMENT AND TESTING

An essential element of ensuring part and component quality is thorough testing, precise measurement processes, and, not least, the accurate evaluation and interpretation of the resulting data. Whether performed by our in‑house specialists or in cooperation with trusted external partners from various technical disciplines, we guarantee the highest level of reliability and accuracy in all delivered results.

TEST DRIVES

Driving tests of cars of various groups. Monitoring vehicle performance, collection, processing and analysis of acquired data. Detailed information in the form of a report, possibly more, as per request.

WAREHOUSING

Storage, packaging and assembly, handling work and inspection, operation and maintenance and other technical activities for most types of goods and cargo.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Cleaning services for industrial and manufacturing facilities, including both regular and operational care of interior and exterior areas. Optional technical management and maintenance services are available, providing essential operational support and ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility.

MASSA automotive operates a fully implemented and accredited quality management system in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard. This internationally recognized framework has been embedded in our processes over a long period and is actively applied and consistently maintained in our daily operations.
